- Teams present proposed concepts for overall proposal structure and for the future science focus of their team (5 min per team = 60min!)

- Make sure Nicky has your team materials regarding accomplishments/future objectives (5 min)

- NOTE: We won't make writing assignments or push other jobs on attendees at this meeting.
After gathering the ideas, comments and contributions, the project office will more
fully formulate and circulate the Senior Review approach/outline and attempt to reach consensus before embarking on implementation.
So don't be afraid to come and contribute, you won't be put on the spot.
- Proposal development schedule:
- Nov: gather raw materials
- Dec 8: meeting at AGU, determine theme, science focus, specific science elements to feature, structure of document
- Jan 1: skeleton draft, writing assignments
- Feb 1: draft 1 to red team for concept/structure review
- Feb 9: evening SWG meeting at Yosemite to resolve those issues and plan for refinement of content
- Mar 1: draft 2
- Apr 1: draft 3 to red team for complete review
- May 1: formatting, printing and delivery
