- Science Working Group meeting at AGU, Sunday, Dec. 8, Moscone Center room XXX, gather immediately after end of last oral SM session (start time to be nominally 5:15pm)
- Agenda for SWG at AGU (resolve problem w.r.t. potential of running overtime):

  1. Open meeting, project office suggestions for Senior Review proposal theme and structure (5-10 min)
  2. Teams present proposed concepts for overall proposal structure and for the future science focus of their team (5 min per team = 60min!)
  3. Discussion on approaches, construction of outline (15-30 min)
  4. Short review on data availability initiative (5-10 min)
  5. Comments/Discussion on data availability initiative (10-15 min)
  6. Make sure Nicky has your team materials regarding accomplishments/future objectives (5 min)
  7. Floor open for additional Polar SWG-related topics (5-15 min)
  8. Escape to dinner
- NOTE: We won't make writing assignments or push other jobs on attendees at this meeting. After gathering the ideas, comments and contributions, the project office will more fully formulate and circulate the Senior Review approach/outline and attempt to reach consensus before embarking on implementation. So don't be afraid to come and contribute, you won't be put on the spot.
